This one is the product of a tutorial
I wrote for Paintshop Pro :o) I thought it suited summer time fun pretty well!
The font used is called Yucatan, it matches the text on the plaque above, you can download a copy of it here if you'd like. This font is not an embeddable one, so if you want to see how this piece was designed grab the font :o)
