Now let's get started....................

Open Outlook Express up top click on Tools / Options and click on the Signatures Tab, then following these steps in order as shown, your signature will be ready to use as needed!

6 Easy steps to Add and Maintain your persoanlized signatures

By default your new signature will appear as Signature # 1, you need to highlight it and click on Rename and then type in whatever name you'd like, then push Apply. When browsing on Step 4 your going to need to click the drop box and select All Files again in order to find your HTML file in your folder. On Step 5 you have to decide if you want to apply this feature or not, I choose not too as I don't use a signature on quick e-mail's to my friends alot of the time, I'd rather just insert the signature as needed.

Now that you've set up your settings in the Options panel your ready to go to New Mail and test it out!
Click on New Mail, making sure your set up to send in Rich Text (HTML) set your cursor in the body of the message window and up top click Insert / Signature and choose your signature as shown here: Choose and insert your signature here!

Your signature will automatically be inserted into your message where you have set your cursor! So if you want the signature aligned left, right, or center, now is the time to do that as well. Then click on your Preview tab and see what you think!

Like I said before, you can always make changes to the font size, color, wording once you have it inserted into your New Message window by simply highlighting your text and making the desired changes from your Edit pane.

Have fun using your new signature option, it's not only useful, it's fun!
