"Ready To Mail" Stationery is a tidy file ( .eml extension) packaged in a single file so that it's "Ready" for you to use at the click of a button, all the html scripting is done for you, the background sound has been added, all the extra things that make a piece special are already done for you, all you have to do is click on the piece of your choice and type your letter!
Stationery of this nature just adds a "special touch" when your receiver gets it, something to brighten their day! :o) Because this stationery is packaged ready in a "just add your message" form, there is no hassle in trying to figure out why something doesn't work, or where did that background go?! And clean up is a cinch with this stationery since it's only 1 file, not 3 or 4 or more to have to figure out which ones go together to selete them all, and then mistakenly delete the wrong one. This stationery is special, it belongs in a special folder that you will find easy to access, I suggest making a new folder in your My Documents folder, and naming your new folder Ready To Mail Stationery, then as you collect it will all be together and "Ready" to use with one click as it open itself in Outlook Express automatically! You even get to preview the piece before you open it.
