Most definitely a big warm welcome to spring!! I'm so excited :o) I must confess NW Washington becomes absolutely gorgeous this time of year with all of the flowers splashing their color everywhere!! This is a hand made piece, I have incorporated into stationery, it stems from a tutorial I published for Paint Shop Pro users! I had alot of positive feedback on the first tutorial I wrote for the Ruffled Lace, I thought why not write another one, I do enjoy it and I know the learning brings much pleasure to alot of people like it does me. The font used this time is Dakota, it matches the text on the card face above, you may download it here to your system if you don't have it, just right click here and select "save target as:" and direct the download to your C:\WINDOWS\FONTS folder.
